When my husband built his dream log home, I had a dream of what I wanted our backyard to look like. I wanted a resort like atmosphere to relax in after a long day at work. I envisioned a fun place to entertain family and friends. Barbeques, campfires or just lounging in the sun. Our Gibraltar Pool made my dream come true. Our pool with its custom deck and terraced flowerbeds are just beautiful. Our summer family gatherings always include badminton competitions played in the pool. Even our pets like to hang out on the deck. We love our Gibraltar Pool!

We purchased our Gibraltar pool four years ago. Prior to the installation of the pool, we didn’t get much use out of our sloping backyard. Now, in the summer months, our backyard is an extension of our home. The additional time we spent excavating a portion of our backyard for the pool installation was worth the effort. It allowed us to add on a floating deck with a pool entrance at ground level and gave us more landscaping options. Our backyard has become a place where quality time is spent with our family and friends. Between parties, cookouts and just hanging out, we have spent many hot summer days in or near the pool. Our only regret is that we didn’t purchase a Gibraltar pool ten years ago when our three children were younger!

There are many reasons why we love our Gibraltar Pool. First, it is essentially maintenance free due to its self cleaning filtration system. We never have to vacuum it. The construction and quality of the pool is outstanding. The deck is great. We love the fact that is wraps around the entire pool and it's big enough to walk around. Most importantly, we feel like we have a tropical resort in our backyard. We have also added underwater lighting for night swimming. It gives our backyard that added ambiance when we sit outside at night and see that our pool is illuminated making it that much more special to enjoy.
