When Jay first came out to Worcester to look at my hilly backyard, he shook his head at the possibility of putting a pool in a backyard with no driveway and no access to heavy machinery to install it, but kept an open mind, and I talked with him, and I explained my situation, and before you knew it they started planning and measuring the site. Within a month they had the materials delivered, and within 2 months had the pool completed! I had it built this past fall, so the pool lining and filter still need to be added, but I am very excited to have the pool started and can't wait for this winter to end and for spring to arrive so they can finish it and I can jump into (no diving) my new Gibraltar Pool. I've always wanted a pool in my own backyard, and they made it a reality for me! The team, including master builder Mike, was very detail-oriented and efficient, and the pool has nice decking around all 4 sides of the pool and has low maintenance and a great filtration system, so I should have to spend a lot of my retirement time cleaning a pool, just a lot of time enjoying it! Thank you, Gibraltar Pools, for not giving up on my pool dream!

I do not have a Gibraltar pool, but I do use their storefront for water testing and repair parts. They have the best selection in town. And quality chemicals (there is a difference in "active ingredient levels" and you get what you pay for). The staff there is always friendly and polite. And they can answer your questions and provide very good advice. Just use it and buy what they tell you there (that keeps them in business). I am in the chemical industry and I can tell you, they know their stuff. And for parts, they either have them or will help you find it. They service just about EVERY type of pool with their parts. Highly recommend!

Have had my Gibraltar pool for 20 years, and it was finally time to replace the filter. Contacted Gibraltar and spoke with Kenny. He had me send pictures, and he picked out and held everything I would need. When I went to pick it up, he and the other staff were great! They helped load the sand and then walked me through the installation to make sure I understood everything and didn't have any questions. Every time I have dealt with Gibraltar, they have been fantastic...and of course, I love the pool!

Ordered our pool yesterday after meeting with P.J. First off, this would be my second Gibraltar pool, so I know how great they are; however, this would be my first time that I ordered one and will experience the whole install aspect. I cannot recommend having Gibraltar come out and do a walk-through quote enough! People do not do business the way P.J. does anymore; he was on time, respectful, polite, and extremely thorough in explaining everything, all options, pricing, and he brought real samples of all the pool components for us to see how well every USA-made piece is! Fantastic company, so excited to get the pool install underway this May!

Had my pool pump quit Tuesday night and spent Wednesday searching for someone who had a replacement pump on hand. Most places I searched through either. Weren’t taking on work from new customers Could help in 10 days. Went to voice mail, no response. Could get pump in 10 days. Honestly had no clue. At 2:00 p.m. I finally found Gibraltar Pools in Topsfield. Within an hour I was on the phone with Jonah and he told me he had precisely what I wanted. I picked it up this morning and the entire buy was great. Lots of information, totally patient with any questions, and he thought of things I didn’t know to think of. A very professional, knowledgeable and friendly business. I’ve had an above-ground pool for 23 years and this is the best store I’ve ever seen.

I got a few quotes for pools this past spring. To be honest, Gibraltar didn’t even come in as our cheapest option, but Peter was the most attentive and professional out of the bunch. He explained every little detail about the pool. He had patience to answer all of my many questions, and still does! I was approved for a 16 x 32 inch Gibraltar pool last Friday. On Wednesday the installation crew was at our house at 6:45 a.m. and we were being "pool schooled" at 4 p.m. The crew was diligent, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. They were like a well-oiled machine, getting the job done. Gibraltar Pool Company does everything from start to finish. Deciding where you want to put your pool, surveying the area, leveling and building your pool... the same day!!! It's incredible. I had contacted another company before Gibraltar that was told I would have to level my area where I wanted my pool and they would come out and do the final leveling. Well, I'm 65, have rheumatoid arthritis, and work seven days a week. That wasn't going to happen. I was pleasantly surprised when Gibraltar gave me the great news that they do everything from start to finish. I will say I am extremely pleased with the finished product, the communication skills of this company, the knowledge and great people they have working with them. A special thank you to Dave, who made the financial process an easy one and always answered my questions and texts quickly. Also to the installation crew, Jordon, Dietrich, and, I'm sorry, I can't remember the other man's name at the moment. You guys rocked it. It was a hot sunny day and you guys persevered. Thank you.

We got our first Gibraltar pool over 20 years ago and this year decided to upgrade to the larger 16x28 deep end size. From start to finish we had a very positive experience. Peter (the owner) made himself available to us throughout the entire process. Texts, phone calls, and/or emails were answered in a very timely fashion, which, in and of itself, is impressive and almost unheard of these days. Were there a couple of delays, sure, but last I checked Gibraltar Pools doesn't control the weather! The installation crew was great. On time, respectful, and extremely tidy; all cardboard was neatly placed in one spot, making our cleanup a breeze. We know from past experience that these pools are built like tanks, and they are even stronger now. This pool is absolutely beautiful and we are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

Every once in a while you come across a locally owned business with a family spirit and a commitment to quality, honesty, and customer service that sort of restores your faith in humanity. Gibraltar Pools is one of those rare operations. The owner came out personally to measure the property and give us a quote. There was no hard sell. The pool was delivered and installed two weeks before it was promised. The installation was flawless. The crew was attentive, caring, and detail-oriented. They really cared about how the finished product was going to look on our property. They went the extra mile and added some labor that they didn't even charge us for. We also have Gibraltar winterize the pool and get it ready for the summer every year. They always pick up the phone. There's always a friendly human being to deal with. And the product is exceptional. We love the pool, and we love the way it looks on what is a pretty upscale property. Our teenage kids get huge enjoyment out of it. We could have installed an in-ground pool, but this was a much more sensible investment given the amount of time you use a pool in New England. I cannot praise Gibraltar and their team and product highly enough.

Gibraltar Pools has done an incredible job installing our pool and working with us. It did take a long time, but patience is worth the wait. We called and submitted requests online last spring/summer, during the pandemic, but they were overwhelmed with requests. We persevered and reached out earlier this spring, and we made contact, and our pool was delivered earlier than promised, and it was going to be installed earlier than promised because they were doing right by us for waiting since last year. Unfortunately, not their fault, the installer here in Maine was in a terrible accident; a beam from a barn he was fixing fell on him and fractured his shoulder and ribs. We had the rainiest July in my recent history, so installations everywhere were delayed. I reached out to Gibraltar with my concerns, and we were refinancing to pay for the pool and needed it to be done for our appraisal. They made it happen; they sent guys from Massachusetts, and they got it done between raindrops, on a hope and a prayer. It came out amazingly!! The guys were so respectful and professional! My husband, who is also Brazilian, loved being able to talk with them. The head engineer was a gem, and he lined up the pool with my deck as perfectly as he could. We still need to add a length of decking in the gap, but it was as close as they could. I am so proud of this pool, and my friends and neighbors are all asking, too. It went up in two days!! Still need to do some finish work on our own, but overall I could not be happier; they did an amazing job and were so neat and hardworking! I love our pool; it’s so beautiful!!

By far not the cheapest above ground available. That being said, there is no question about the quality. My experience buying a pool from Gibraltar was outstanding. I met with Peter in February and decided to install. I was promised installation by Memorial Day. They beat that deadline by 3 weeks. More importantly, whether it was delivery of the material or returning a call or showing up to put in the pool, everything was on time. Everything was professional and perfect. Phil and Bob completed the install in one day (except the leveling of the area, which was completed the day before). Summed up: easy to get in touch with to get questions answered. The install team was phenomenal, and that includes the great courtesy and patience they extended to my 5-year-old, who fancies herself job foreman. No regrets buying the pool. With that said, I'm going swimming. Every promise kept, that was my experience. Great job, Peter, Phil, and Bob.

I would like to thank Anthony and all of the crew, as well as Marcelo leading the excavation work, to have my pool installed in a yard that had lots of ledge! Peter, the owner, came out to my house prior to the work and helped me out deciding whether the ledge would be an issue or not and was great to deal with. The whole team was very professional and the 16x24 pool came out awesome. They were on target with the dates and did a great job overall. If you are looking for an above ground pool that has an inground look and feel, look no further. I would recommend you get a pool heater for your pool if you are trying to enjoy it as much as possible. The LED pool lights are amazing at night, by the way!!!

Great family owned company! We just had a pool installed, and the process couldn't have gone smoother. Peter, the owner, has been great to work with. He answered all our questions and concerns and always returned our phone calls. We were told our pool would be installed before my daughter's birthday (weather and permit permitting), and it was installed as promised. The installation was much quicker than I expected. It took the installers about 8 hours. After the installation, we had a few questions, and Jay, the project manager, called us back within 20 minutes. We are looking forward to using our pool for many years to come.

I buy all my pool supplies here, from filter to chlorine. There are two knowledgeable guys working there. One is Keith, the other Marty. Great place, great prices, great customer service. I've tried them all, Leslie, Budget, to name a few. This place is great. They stock Polaris parts too. I'll be back this year too. I've been going here 5 plus years. Best prices, great availability. I'm a pool guy. They also sell above ground and all kinds of spas. Look these two up, you won't be disappointed. I never am.

I purchased a 12/24 pool from this company 29 years ago. This pool is still standing, the main deck has started to rot out and I have had to replace the liner twice due to harsh winters. I had an animal get under the liner and tunnel out earth, which caused the liner to rip again. I would highly recommend! The pool is very low maintenance and much easier than an in-ground to make any repairs. I have enjoyed many summers in this pool. If I replaced the main deck and liner I am sure I would get another 20 out of this pool. I have since moved to Florida and it saddens me that I am going to take this down this year. Many family memories were made with this pool. If looking for a well-made, trouble-free pool, look no further.
